Angky TISNADISASTRA
President Commissioner
An Indonesian citizen, Mr. Angky Tisnadisastra was appointed as the President Commissioner of the Company since July 2006.
In May 2008. he was appointed as Director of PT Astra Internasional Tbk. Since 2005 he is also the President Director of PT Astratel Nusantara - a wholy owned subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk., a sharesholder of the Company since July 2006. Other current positions are President Director of PT Intertel Nusaperdana since 2005, President Director of PT Sedaya Multi Investama since 2000, Commissioner of PT Marga Mandalasakti since 2005, President Director of PT Indonesia Network since 2007, Chairman of the Executive Board of Consortium Intertel Astratel since 2007, Vice President Director of PT Toyofuji Logistics Indonesia since 2007, Commissioner of PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance since 2000, Commissioner of PT Asuransi Astra Buana since 2000, Commissioner of PT Swadharma Bhakti Sedaya Finance since 2000, Commissioner of PT Federal International Finance since 2001.
Previously, he was the Vice President Director of PT Astratel Nusantara (1993–2005), Vice President Director of PT Intertel Nusaperdana (1993-2005), Director of PT Astratel Nusantara (1992-1993), Director of PT Intertel Nusaperdana (1992–1993), Commissioner of PT Indonesia Network (2004-2007), the Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of Consortium Intertel Astratel (1997 – 2007), Member of the Executive Board of Consortium Telekomindo Intertel (1992-1997), Commissioner of PT Pramindo Ikat Nusantara (1995–2002), Commissioner of PT Sedaya Multi Investama (1993 – 1999), Commissioner of PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance (1992 – 1997), Commissioner of PT Astra CMG Life (2000-2007), Commissioner of PT Staco Estika Sedaya Finance (2000-2007), Director in Summa Group (1990–1992), PT Wardley Summa Leasing (1982–1990) with the lastest position as the President Director.
Mr. Angky Tisnadisastra acquired his degree in Economy from the University of Indonesia in 1984, but he entered his professional world since 1979 in PT PDFCI (Private Development Finance Company in Indonesia) as an Investment Officer
Irawan SANTOSO
Commissioner
An Indonesian citizen, Mr. Irawan Santoso was appointed as the Commisioner of the Company since July 2006. Currently, he is also the President Director of PT Asuransi Astra Buana since 2007, Commissioner of PT Astratel Nusantara since 2007, President Commissioner of PT Indonesia Network since 2007 and as Commissioner of PT Marga Mandalasakti since August 2005.
Previously, he was also as the Vice Managing Director of PT Pramindo Ikat Nusantara (1995–2002), Director of PT Astratel Nusantara (2002-2007), President Director of PT Indonesia Network (2004-2007), Vice President Director of PT Toyofuji Logistics Indonesia (2005-2007) and Member of the Executive Board of Consortium Intertel Astratel (1997-2007). He joined Astra Group through PT Astra Graphia since 1983.
Irawan Santoso acquired his degree in Electrical Engineering from Trisaksi University, Jakarta, in 1983.
Bernard LAFROGNE
Commissioner
A French national, since 1994 until present he is a Commissioner of the Company, and as the Commissioner at PT. Sauhbahtera Samudera. Prior to joining Suez, he joined the French Ministry of Foreign Affair as the advisor to the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Public Works Indonesia from 1985 to 1994. From 1981 until 1985 he joined BETURE – France that latter he was the International Operation Manager and prior to that, he was a Project Manager for environmental protection. From 1971 until 1981 he joined SCET International Indonesia as Team Leader and Engineer for the transmigration program/new frontier and as the person in charge of development of new areas and its infrastructure including the water supply. Previously from 1969 until 1971, Bernard Lafrogne joined the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Cooperation in France as an Engineer.
Bernard Lafrogne acquired his Msc. degree in Hydraulic Engineering from ENSEEIHT, Toulouse, France (National Institute of Hydraulic, Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering) in 1967. In 1969 he accomplished a degree in Business Administration from Saint Dennis Reunion, France.
Marc BEATRIX
Commissioner
A French national. In 1997 he joined SUEZ Group of Companies in Kuala Lumpur as the Director of Funding Service for Asia in the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam. From 2002 until present he is the Commissioner and Director for Business Analysis at Suez Environnement, Hong Kong since 2004. Previously he was the Director for Development in South East Asia for SUEZ Environnement in Singapore. From 2001 until 2002, Marc was the person in charge upon water concessions in Manila. From 1994 until 1997 he was the Director for International Concessions at GTM-Entrepose, Paris. Previously from 1989 until 1994 he joined Entrepose International as the Finance Director for a project of gas pipe development in Malaysia.
Marc Beatrix acquired a degree in Master of Business Administration at the Northwestern University, Chicago in 1970. Previously in 1965 until 1968, Marc Beatrix acquired Master of Science degree from Ecole Nationale Superieure de Machanique et d’Aerotechnique and Bachelor of Law and Economy degree from Poitiers, France.
Philippe FOLLIASSON
President Director
A French citizen, Mr. Folliasson has been appointed as President Director of PALYJA since 1st November 2008. He has been with the Company for the last 4 years as Contract and Planning Manager and has been living in Jakarta with his wife and his three daughters since then.
Mr Folliasson started his career in French Guyana (Amazonia) dealing with shrimp farming and in Reunion Island (Indian Ocean) as environmental engineer. Then, he spent 3 years in the United Kingdom with Hydraulics Research Wallingford, an independent British research and consultancy organization specializing in civil engineering hydraulics and back to Paris became General Manager of the French subsidiary of a US based company, ADS Environmental Services Inc., specialized in digital flow monitoring technology, equipments and turnkey environmental services
In the GDF Suez Group for the last 12 years, Mr Folliasson joined the water business division in 1996 and was initially assigned to the headquarters of the French operation (Lyonnaise des Eaux) and then to the international strategy, marketing & business development division (Ondeo). Mid-2002, he took on international assignments for 2 years as Contract Manager in Puerto Rico (USA) in the Caribbean region for a major Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contract for the overall water and wastewater system of the island (4 million inhab.) followed by his assignment to PALYJA in June 2004.
Mr. Folliasson was graduated in Hydraulic & Environmental Engineering (ISIM) in 1987 and in Business Administration in 1989 in Montpellier (France).
Herawati PRASETYO
Vice President Director
An Indonesian citizen. Ms. Herawati has been a Vice President Director of the Company since July 2006 until present. Other current positions are Director of PT Astratel Nusantara since 2007, Commissioner of PT Indonesia Network since 2007 and Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of Consortium Intertel Astratel since 2007. Before joining the Company, she worked in Astra Group since 1984 as the Senior Manager of PT Wardley Summa Leasing. During her career in Astra, she had various positions, i.e. as the Director of PT Adipura Sumber Sedaya in 1988 until 1992 and PT GE Astra Finance from 1994 until 1995. During the period of 1990–1999 she was the member of the Board of Directors of PT Astra Securities with the latest position as President Director, from 1992–1999 she was the member of the Board of Directors of PT Astra Mitra Ventura with the latest position as President Director. She was also the Vice President Director of PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance from 1992 till 1998 and as Finance and Administration Director of PT Astra CMG Life from 1999 until 2006.
Ms. Herawati acquired a degree in Accounting from the Economy Faculty of the University of Indonesia in 1983.
Budi SUSILO
Director
An Indonesian citizen. Mr. Susilo was appointed as a Customer Services Director of the Company in August 2008 and holds the position till now. He joined the Company in January 2008 as a Deputy Director of Customer and Commercial matters.
He has worked with ASTRA Group since 1982. Before joining PALYJA, he was at PT. United Tractors Tbk. as a General Manager of Scania Division (2004-2007). Prior to that, he was as a National Sales Manager for Product Material Handling of Industrial Machineries (1999-2003), as a Product Development Manager for Material Handling of Industrial Machineries (1996-1998 and a Sales Head of Heavy Equipment in Jakarta (1991-1995), Samarinda (1989-1990), Pontianak (1986-1988) and in Banjarmasin (1982-1985).
Mr. Susilo acquired his degree in Business Agriculture from Bogor Agriculture Institute, Indonesia in 1982.
