    Apa yang dimaksud dengan tagihan terakhir (final bill)?

    Tagihan terakhir (Final bill) adalah tagihan yang akan diterima pelanggan setelah proses pemutusan total dilakukan. Tagihan terakhir (Final bill) mencakup biaya bulanan yang harus dibayar sebelum status pelanggan berubah dari aktif menjadi pemutusan total, yang terdiri dari biaya beban tetap dan sewa meter, biaya pemakaian air dan pelunasan cicilan sambungan baru yang belum lunas (jika ada).
