    Apa yang dimaksud dengan pemutusan total (total disconnection) ?

    Pemutusan total adalah proses pemutusan sambungan air bersih secara permanen akibat pelanggan menunggak tagihan, melakukan pelanggaran atau atas permohonan pelanggan sendiri.
