    Apakah pelanggan tetap harus membayar tagihan setiap bulan padahal status sambungan pemutusan total?

    Pelanggan tidak lagi menerima tagihan air PALYJA, kecuali tagihan terakhir (Final bill), apabila status sambungan statusnya tersebut adalah pemutusan total.
